Traina starts with a few questions: how many days a week you can practise, what your dog already knows, what your dog will work for. Your plan comes from those answers, not from a one-size-fits-all course.

Traina is built around the practice loop, not passive content consumption. The plan gives you a number of sessions to complete. Every feature is designed to make your sessions more intentional, your observations more consistent, and your progress more visible.

Before each session, say what you’re going for. After, note what you saw: how your dog was going, whether the reward worked, how it felt to you. Over time, patterns emerge that you'd never spot from memory alone.

Film your session and get it reviewed: when you rewarded, how clear your signals were, where you stood, how fast you moved on. Then one thing to focus on next time. This is in early access: the results are good, not perfect, and it improves with every release.

No! And we'd rather say so upfront. Traina is built for teaching skills: tricks, foundation behaviours, sport and titling work. Behaviour problems like reactivity, separation anxiety, resource guarding and aggression need an individual assessment of your dog and their environmen, that's the work of a qualified trainer, behaviour consultant or veterinary behaviourist, and no app should be standing in for it.
However, you can work with a behaviour professional to work on behaviour modification and use Traina for the fun stuff alongside it. That combination works well.
